Training itself is divided both technical and physical. Because of background of each expedition member, progress will be tracked 4 times /year until ultimate expedition. One major issue is to work as a team and safe decision making.
Physical training program differs a bit from each other but the main concept is to develop long lasting condition and agile moving in very challenging grounds. Balance and stability is practiced by artistic gymnastics.
